Hanoi Rocks! Anybody else out there a fan of this band?

If people have heard of 'em at all, it's usually that Vince Neil killed their drummer. They get lumped in with the 80s hair bands and they certainly looked like one.

But there is a lot more to this band than that. Guitarist Andy Mccoy put out the first punk record in Finland. They covered the Stooges and Ramones in the early 80s. A guy from Mott the Hoople produced their records, and they played with the likes of Johnny Thunders, Stiv Bators guys from Sham 69, the Damned, Vibrators etc etc. Singer Michael Monroe is a fantastic singer, harmonica player, sax player and even drummer!

The only important thing is that they wrote and played fantastic songs IMO. Here are a few:
