2. It's the cheapest thing we could find at walmart.

And it's about 7 years old. All broken in I suppose.
I bought a 150 dollar chair from Best Buy and it didn't last me a semester at college. This thing has held together for seven years. And it's walmart shit. Who'd have thunk it?

I took it a few years ago probably for another "Show your desk thread" it's a little messier now because my dad uses that computer mainly and I've "moved operations" upstairs to my room on my laptop.

and here is my upstairs work station. It's my little clutter collection where all the stuff that I can't find another place to display it goes. Not the crossword puzzle :P see I really do em!

I got the chair rail wainscoting (also Sp?) idea from my vacations in the Outer Banks. I saw a lot of houses with that detail so I ran with it. I totally love it.

The desk, believe it or not, is NOT a built in. It's some cheap thing from JC Penny but I saw it and loved it. I searched for like 3 weeks for a desk set up that would hold both computers.

I love your desk- I wanted that exact one badly but with two computers it just wasn't going to work.
I thought about side by sides but couldn't see that looking right. I love how sleek those desks look.

I like the new Dell Flat panels. They bought me a new computer at work right before they stopped ordering the huge CRTs. So I'm stuck with this huge freaking monitor. Sucks!

With the monitor up high I need the seat elevated a little, and the foot rest helps with that.
