Jury rejects 'small penis' claim

A MAN failed to convince a jury today that his penis was too small for him to be a flasher.

Michael Carney, 41, claimed he was too embarrassed about the size of his manhood for him to expose himself to women - and showed the jury PHOTOS to prove it.

But the six women and six men at Teesside Crown Court convicted him of seven counts of outraging public decency.

During the three-day trial, the married dad-of-two told the court: “It causes embarrassment to myself, even to the point where it is with my wife.

“I wouldn’t want myself to be seen in public like that.

“My genitalia are underdeveloped and it is so much smaller than average.”

He showed the jury photographs taken by his wife last week to prove his claims.
