Request for sample letter of recommendation for a bank account?

a friend of mine has asked me to send them a template for a letter that would recommend Company A be able to open an account at Bank B (required in this person's country). I do not need to do the recommending, but can't find this particular kind of letter - all I seem to be able to find are rec. letters for grad school, etc.

Anyone have a template, or ideas?

1. is Bank B in Nigeria?

if so, have them name me as beneficiary. that way we avoid all the hassle of emailing all over the world.

just a standard letter of rec. for an account - all the letters I've come across on line are for school or for a job, nothing for opening an account.

but this is in Russia, and for some godforsaken reason, because I used to be a lawyer, this person thinks I have the answer to every goddamn business issue he encounters. My attempt to find a letter is more as a favor to a true friend than to this guy, who irritates me to death.

So. I'll look elsewhere.
