He put herbs de Provence on the skin and slow roasted it on his charcoal Weber grill. It was so yummy, and I took a pic of it:

Just fyi, how to cook a turkey on your Weber grill:

1. I LOVED my Weber grill for smoking turkeys. We had a family reunion
several years ago, and I smoked 2 on it, plus a caribou shoulder.. out of 8 turkeys total, my two smoked ones were gone first...

I loved doing turkeys, hams and pork shoulders on it... I miss my Weber.. I had it for 15 years intil the bottom finally rusted out. I need a new one.....

Happy Thanksgiving!

2. Grill or smoker?
I can't imagine cooking a turkey in a kettle grill. I had turkey cooked for 12 hours in a smoker once -- thought I'd died and gone to heaven!

9. That's a GREAT looking turkey, BTW.
That pic would have me drooling, if I wasn't already full of turkey. :9
