Is sleeping on the floor bad for your health?
When stupid Ikea delivered my bed without the mattress (it'll be coming in 7-10 days ), and a big hole in my air mattress preventing me form using it, I had no other choice but to spread my blanket on the floor for the time being.

And now my head, jaw, and neck are KILLING me...

3. If you grew up sleeping on the ground/floor
then I imagine you could do it without any difficulty. But if you're body isn't used to it then you're probably putting a hell of a lot of stress on your body that it's not used to.
:(

I couldn't survive even one night sleeping on a floor unless it was covered in a very incredibly soft plush carpet.

You are probably alittle sore in the AM if you have very little ah... padding.. but other than that, no worries.

Sorry about your late mattress.

You don't have any pillows you can put down? That would at least give you some cushioning.

5. Yes, if you're allergic to dust
It tends to accumulate down there where you wouldn't notice it at regular eye/bed level.

7. The softer the bed, the more my back hurts.
I find a hardwood floor and only a pillow for ones feet can really leave you feeling refreshed in the morning.
