1. ONe a day is good for most folks
I really believe they make a difference. Well at least to me (very very active lifestyle) they do.

3. I can't take them...
I'm hyper acid and they make me throw up within 15 minutes of taking them. Works great to get out of work tho....

2. I take GNC's multi-vitamins.
Two a day. Very helpful for me...I think taking those is one reason why I haven't been very sick this winter.

4. Used to take one-a-day's but now
I drink a glass of carrot/apple/strawberry juice almost every day instead. I can actually feel it working after about 30 minutes, carrot juice kicks serious ass. The only thing that sucks is cleaning the juicer.

5. The older you get..............
you should take more than just a multi. E,C,Magnesium and Calcium are my faves, along with a multi. They're good for the cardio-vascular system, bones and joints.
Hey, I'm 53 and I want to make it as long as I can in reasonably good health.
My Doc reccomended these, so it's not like I just came up with these out of the blue.
