2. I make it with half milk, half water

I heat the water and then add the milk, thatway I don't half to worry about scalding the milk. Ad butter,sugar and half n half ( or heavy cream) mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm! Serve it with a couple slices of bacon.
