Then again, at my job I'm surrounded by students who don't seem to know that doorways and walkways are the worst place to stop and have a conversation... especially when 900 people are all trying to get somewhere.

I've actually had students walking 4 abreast refuse to budge for me as I'm going in the other direction--and I ended up in the snowbank.

8. People pods.

I always stop dead in my tracks. Then the pod has no choice other than to walk around me or to stop and look at what's obstructing their path - me.

Groups of people both small and large exhibit schooling/swarming behavior - it's freaky to watch. Sometimes it's frightening when it's on the highway.

Donald Rumsfeld is giving the President his daily briefing. He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, three Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" the President exclaims. "That's terrible!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as the President sits, head in hands.

Finally, the President looks up and asks, "How many is a brazillion?"
