What's for dinnah, DU?
We're having Rigatoni with the 3-meat sauce that's been on the stove all day, homemade garlic bread, and salad.

You?

:hi:

4. some kind of slow roasted pork shoulder
I really wanted to do it green chili style for burritos, but alas I have only one small green chili and no tomatillos. So we may go with a red chili or even oven style "bbq".

Leaning to the bbq, because I have a head of cabbage for slaw. Although that could be used for carnitas too. Decisions decisions...

i'm thinking a very light dinner and then a huge brownie. I still haven't had lunch yet. the brownies have 2 big caramelo bars in them, half the brownie mix, then the candy bars and then the other half of the brownie mix, on the top i took the other caramelo bar and broke it into pieces and put it on top.

60. it's the seasonings that go in it....onion, garlic
red and green pepper, tons of cilantro, tomato paste...then I toss in red wine and Sazon Goya. You must season the meat in the morning and let it sit all day - make sure you use plenty of oregano and a vinegar shower.

Tomorrow is pasta night - homemade tortellini with pesto. Mr. MB made the tortellini for me on Sunday before he left town.

I think he is kissing up for a good anniversary gift - I already bought him a $200 bottle of wine - what more could he want???
