I've been watching Season 2 of Weeds on dvd

I don't have cable so I'm a bit behind on the shows but we just watched the one where Shane is in a debate at his elementary school. He's debating for popular votes and his opponent is debating for the electoral college. Shane goes first. Here's his argument for the popular vote:

"George W. Bush."

Then he sits back down and the room erupts in applause.

His opponent gets pissed. "He gets to say the name of the worst president in history and I'm supposed to compete with that? That's cheating!"

Priceless...

3. The music is awesome as well

The first episode has a song playing in the background, very quietly, called "Fuck was I" by Jesse Owen Young. Really pretty melody with the line "What the fuck was I thinking?" over and over. Their music editor is a genius...

Weeds is my absolute favorite show, at present. I love it, and wait anxiously for new episodes! It's so well done.

7. My favorite was when Doug and Andy were debating a bit of anatomy

and asked the maid's opinion.

"Lupita, what do you call the thing between the dick and the asshole?"

"Uh, the coffee table?"
