Did you see Jon Stewart interviewing Evo Morales yesterday?
He's the president of a country... and yet he doesn't have a silly haircut. :wow:

2. Me too.
Jon: In America.... the elections are kind of rigged.
Evo: Well, then you'll have to do something to change that.

*Audience cheers more than I have heard audience cheer in several weeks*

3. How many other talk shows would have even dared interview him?
I love that Jon was willing and able to do something like this. Any other "news" program would not have even tried. Interviewing through an interpreter takes too much time, and they depend too much on getting through their stories in 60 seconds or less and on to the damned commercial. But Jon did it, AND kept it humorous.

4. I loved that interview!
I hadn't heard of him before but since last night have read some articles about him. He's a coca farmer, who along with all the other coca farmers in Bolivia, is resisting efforts by * to put them all out of business. When he asked that he not be made part of the axis of evil, I think he was dead serious.

5. Yeah, and you can get away with telling a lot more truth
when you're on a show that makes people laugh.

6. That jacket and hairstyle reminded me of Apollo from the original BSG
