Should he tell her or should he keep it to himself for now?

1. Definitely keep it to himself
If he tells her now she'll freak out and feel suffocated and possibly try to get away. Give it time, and she might notice her feelings growing deeper. Contrary to popular opinion, women can be every bit as hesitant to commit as men.
