Heartfelt congratulations to Joe Lieberman on his placing third in NH
Well, nearly third. Well, kind of, sort of, if you knock Clark and Edwards down a few points. Anyway, it's a glorious victory for the J Man. With such a victory tonight, what massive triumphs can us Lieberlovers expect next week?

1. My partner and I groaned all the way through his "Victory" speech
last night. Good God, man, face reality. Go back to your job in the senate and PRAY that Connecticut Democrats don't finish off your career with a primary challenge in 2006. They're plenty of more main-stream Dems in the state that could retire Lieberman if he's not very careful.

4. It's over ..
As I wrote in the primaries forum.. it's really overKerry is gonna win..

With these two wins EVERY undecided voter/go with the flow voter and Joe/sharpton voter who knows it's over for their candidates will vote for Kerry.

We better start accepting it.

5. Joe should take his endorsements from Bob Dole
and reflect long and hard about what party's causes he really wants to say he is championing.

Doesn't he see the irony of saying that the Republican playbook won't work against him? What it means to me is that Joe agrees with most of the things Republicans do, so why would they attack him?

6. Sheer Folly.
Joe doesn't give the voters any reason to vote for him, his stance is that he is the non-Democrat Democrat. Why would Democrats vote for him?

7. It is embarrassing to watch him now ...
His showing is piss poor considering his name recognition after being elected VP in 2000.

Liebermaniacs my ass. more like LieberManImGonnaHurl.

Cheers
Drifter

PS - Joe, please drop out now and save face. In fact do the Democratic party a favor and leave.

9. He might pick up more support in the conservative south.
But that support might also go to Edwards or my man, Clark!

Good luck, everyone!

11. Believe me
With Edwards, Sharpton and Clark in the race, Jomentum is going nowhere in the south.

14. Kucinich was equally in denial
he's going to stay in the race "all the way to the White House."
I'm a Clark supporter, but if he can't win something in the south, it's over for him, too.
