Poll question: Doomsday Scenario Poll
Edited on Tue Jan-27-04 02:05 PM by Bleachers7
OK, what if all the candidates drop out for one reason or another. The only two left are Vicent Hamm and Vermin Supreme. Who would you vote for?

Hamm 4 Pres.

Also, what do you think about a Hamm-Vermin ticket?

1. I'm writing in my candidate.
Hamm's little known parasitic twin, SPAM.

2. Have you noticed the blackout by the media
regarding Hamm today? Not a word a about him! The only one who attempted to get an interview with Hamm was Wolf. Hamm declined to Wolf by saying, "not by the hairs on my chinny chin chin"....

3. Vermin Supreme
is already the battletested candidate, racking up a LOT more votes in the DC primary than Vincent Hamm...

Vermin Supreme would also have a much better chance in a contest with Bush - as many voters would easily confuse the two when marking their ballots.

4. The only reason OUR candidates get press
is because of the conservative media blackouts on Hamm and Supreme. The thugs KNOW they could take Bush.

7. Oh really?
What candidate JUSTIFIABLY says he's unfairly ignored by the media?

What candidate could these posts POSSIBLY be mocking?

8. Actually, I didn't have the impression anyone was being mocked...
And after rereading-it still seems like quite a stretch.

I think people are just having fun-actually innocent fun. But, anyway, to steal a great line from last night.....

HAM IS TOAST!

9. Didn't you see all the Vincent Hamm threads lastnight
here on DU??? It was HILARIOUS! Hamm was a candidate who got 1 vote in Dixville Notch lastnight! (Nobody had ever heard of him!)

It's not towards Kucinich! I love him!!

10. Vermin Supreme all the way!
Now, people may disagree, but issues matter less than image. This is why I support Vermin Supreme as our back-up candidate.

Much catchier name, easy to remember. Hamm isn't a good Presidential name because people will confuse Hamm with the sandwhich.

"What about Hamm, then?"
"nah, I'm a vegetarian."
"No, I mean Hamm the candidate!"

No one will confuse Vermin Supreme with lunch. And think of the slogans!

"Vermin Reins Supreme!"
"The Supreme Candidate!"
"I may be Vermin, but I'm Supreme Vermin!"
