I'm sitting here mellowing to some Si Zentner as he and his band do some incredible jazz. Man, some things just never go out of style.

One small codicil: I LOATHE Lawrence Welk. :evilgrin:

But then I've had it force fed to me twice a week for the last 3 years.

I keep hoping Big Band will die out with the old people, but every week I see youngsters coming in to listen to it and it just fills me with despair.

I'll never escape it. Until I die.
