in fact if I have caps lock on when typing in a URL I'll delete it all and put in the lowercase version just because I hate having this all caps URL in my browser's drop down history list

4. Only once recently

I was applying for a job, and part of the application was to take a typing test. Unfamiliar keyboard, typing really fast... whoops. :) Thankfully that was just the test run and it didn't count.
I think I got 93 wpm, on an unfamiliar keyboard. None too shabby.
