Actually I think that Cas Haley (The guy has a great voice and a very cool stage style) and Terry were equally great but Cas will get the gigs now with his band and the ventriloquist may not.

Plus singing (yodeling!) "Crying" and other tunes better than most professional singers but with lips relatively tight through a fuzzy green puppet makes one hell of a act.

EDIT: Plus it's very cool to see a non-conventional act finally win against standard acts.

1. Agreed Completely.
Terry is one of the most uniquely and brilliantly talented people I've ever seen. He definitely deserved it, even though my heart really wanted Cas to win. Hopefully, things work out great for them both.

3. He's amazingly talented and he deserved to win.
The other 3 finalists were all good, and Butterscotch was a real find. But Terry amazed me every time he appeared.

5. I was hoping he would win because he
had a unique talent - not only as a ventriloquist but a pretty good range of voices. I'm glad he not only won the million but got the gig in Atlantic City (wasn't it). Another overnight success who has probably been performing for half his life. Good for him and good for the people who voted for him.

8. Fator is a 1st-rate impressionist, singer, and ventriloquist
It would be tough to be really, really good at any of these things, but he's mastered all three. That Roy-Orbison-impersonating turtle was off the hook.

I was rooting for Fator from the beginning. I was kind of sad for Cas in the end, but I know he'll have no trouble getting jobs.
