I haven't done this since ...well...can't remember. do you think it's the prednisone I'm taking for a neck injury? Just can't sleep even though I'm tired. My kids will be up in a few hours and my spouse is out--snoring loudly--wow, this is a feeling that brings back memories of when I was in my twenties!:)
