What percentage of the population has differently-colored eyes?

Because it seems like I'm seeing it more often these days. It kinda wigs me out - guess I'll get used to it though.

1. My dad does. But it is very subtle.

but his are light brown / dark brown. Not very obvious unless you're near him.

He has one brown and one green. I believe it's pretty rare
