DFW DUers - please help save 8 kitties if you can!

I'm also posting this in the Pets and Texas forums. I have learned of 8 kitties at Carrollton Animal Services who will be euthanized Wednesday morning if they are not adopted by 6 p.m. tomorrow, August 7th. My heart is breaking about this. I am leaving town for two weeks on Wednesday morning and don't want to bring in a new kitty when I won't be here to help it transition into our home. Otherwise I would be picking up at least two of the little sweethearts.

Please let people know about these poor kitties. Thanks!

I know this goes on everywhere - I guess it's easier to handle when I don't know specific kitties are in danger like this.
