4. Lord, yes.
Pancakes are bad enough with the non-rounded edges (which kids think make the pancakes taste worse, I suppose...)

Eggs they won't even eat, but they'll still critique my broken yolks.

:P

5. All the time.
I want one of those nice round-edged frying pans that helps make your egg over easy.

8. I don't flip them
I just pour a little water into the pan and cover. The steam does the rest.

16. That's correct
And as far as the flapjacks are concerned, get a nice wide spatula and practice a lot. Make lots of 'em! With real maple syrup! And sausages!!!

10. Are they free range eggs? Because those eggs are strong enough
to withstand the flip.

13. I prefer my fried eggs "over hard" anyway
Would never eat an unbroken yolk as a kid. Still won't. Won't eat soft-boiled or poached eggs. In fact, the only way I really like eggs is in omelettes.

15. Oh yeah.
I have never been able to make eggs over-easy. I end up making an omlette most of the time, or sunny-side up.
