I can't find my Bracelet! I am frantic!!
It was a gift from my sisters on my 40th birthday, a gold box chain bracelet. If I leave the house without it I feel weird. It's my talisman.

I took it off last night when I scooped the cat boxes, and put it into my pocket. I was up very late and was so tired when I went to bed that I don't remember undressing or laying down or turning off the light -- let alone what I might've done with my Bracelet.

My greatest fears: It became a cat toy and was dropped into an A/C register, or it somehow fell into the trash.

:scared: It's not a matter of where I left it -- it's a matter of where I lost it.

:banghead:

Okay, it's going to seem really egotistical to post this photo, but i'm doing it to show off my Bracelet -- left wrist.

That's Richard, who died in February. RIP Sweetest Boy

5. Did you put
the item of clothing, that had the pocket, in the laundry hamper? Take everything out and shake it and look in the bottom of the hamper. I've found jewelry there a couple of times.

8. I thought of the hamper too...
While it was in my pocket (or so i thought) i unloaded the dryer of chonies, but have not folded them yet. Maybe it's in with the chonies.

Thanks, caty :hi:

7. Hoping you find it, Bertha. I have photos of myself with jewelry that went to that big

jewelry store in the sky... or is now being sported by someone else, who knows? I lost a diamond out of my wedding ring and had to replace it.

On the other hand, I've FOUND a silver necklace (at the bottom of the pool in Waikiki) and a gold ring (on the edge of the pool in Victoria, BC, Canada). I tried to locate the owners but was not able to return their property to them.

Right now, I have a couple of earrings somewhere in this house, but lost for the last few months. They weren't expensive, but they were ORANGE STONES and my daughter gave them to me.

I am very obsessed when I lose something. I really have to be more philosophical.

Take care, Bertha. You look absolutely cherubic but slyly devilish, too ... in the photo with your cat!!!!!
