13. The site says that they clean up after themselves, wash the dishes they use,

and replace empty rolls of toilet paper with fresh ones. They're great conversationalists if you can get past their only known spoken phrase of "Hi howareya".

That and the egg-laying in the forearm thing. Pleasant bugs.
