And yes, ladies and gentlemen, this very moment Oprah Winfrey is plotting new acts of terrorism by planting sleeper cells who will threaten our very existence with rivers of pointless consumables made almost exclusively of high fructose corn syrup.

That being said, Oprah and all of the other characters in our current political and sociological structure made for great creative fodder last Friday night at the Nite Owl in Dayton where my musical duo drexel performed with the very excellent Wil Cope, Billy Catfish and Sexicon of Dayton, Ohio.

And a great deal of this, perhaps one of the grandest drexel shows ever, was caught on the magic of digital video, and is waiting on youtube for your perusal.

Kill The Dead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-S5X9ipkCc

Standing in the shadows of the Dollar Tree Store:

Do Not Mess with the Corporate Armies and Secret Societies of the Queen
Bee of the Corporate State from which all wealth emantes:

The Man They Called Chowder: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7Y3uX29sxc

If you were there last night, we thank you for the bottom of our socks. It was a wonderful evening indeed.

And as always, you are invited and heartily encouraged to share and recommend any of the drexel/bedpan art/real dayton photo blog links below to any of the members of your mailing list, should you so desire.

Love and gravey,

Drexel Davey

I youtubed through your videos this morning and was noted the absence of your familiar curls. The new look lends a certain punk feel to Drexel.

6. thanks again
it's totally punk rock home made. It's an old blue thrift store jacket that I bought and painted with about 10 cans of glitter glue. It's a little stiff, but once you get going, it's fine.
