51. Because people who are famous usually do something that a lot of people are somewhat interested in.

Like if it was an actor, people would be excited because they saw him or her in a movie and they'd have a bunch to say about it, and they'd want to share in the experiences vicariously.

A lobsterman on the other hand, people would say "Yeah, lobster is tasty. You probably didn't catch the one I ate though. I'm hungry now." And that'd be the extent of it. Sure there could be some kickass lobster stories, but they're just not as exciting or glamorous usually.

I dunno, I could be wrong.
