Congratulations Carolina fans!!!!!!!!!!!!
And remember, I predicted their victory a few days ago--it's usually a team you expect to make it (I said that would be the Pats) and a team you don't expect (I said Carolina).

Good luck in two weeks, although I will be rooting for the Pats!

3. I don't think it's that simple.

One thing that you have to realize about the Eagles, and I say this with all due respect, is that they shouldn't have even been there. They've had too many injuries, and lost too many important players to free agency. That they made it to the championship game is a testament to their spirit.

In the end, they had one injury too many (McNabb), and all of their deficiencies that football fans have seen all season were what ended up defeating them.

I give the Eagles all the props in the world, and even as a Giants fan, it breaks my heart to see them miss the Super Bowl again.

7. Even though I'm rooting for the Pats, I'll agree with your point...
...I sor of thought Philly would win because they were on a high from last Sunday beating the Packers--then again, Carolina probably beat the best team at home--I mean the team that plays the best at home--St. Louis--so I should not have overlooked that.

Also, the media underestimated the Patriots, too. Indy and Manning are good, but they played two mediocre teams before heading to Foxboro. And, quite frankly, the Pats have an awesome defense, and that's harder to notice than offense, which is easily measurable by touchdowns.

That said, should be a good game in a couple weeks.

9. Remember about a year and a half ago...
when the pundits said the NFC South was going to be the weakest division in the NFL?
Well, Saints have dibs on the Superbowl next year, mmmkay?

Go Cats!

10. How do you like the Hornets there in NO?
It was sad last week cause that was when Bobby Phills died racing his Porsche.

17. No big deal
Most people in Charlotte wanted to spend money on education and not a new arena.

Two teams from places he spent a lot of his life in are in the Super Bowl.
