You hear that phrase uttered with scorn by Republicans. So how come all the Republican actors run for office?

I can't think of any Democratic actors who have run for office.

But the answer is: Republicans live in their own world, and see absolutely nothing wrong with thinking that whatever THEY do is just fine, but if Dems do it, it's bad, rotten, awful, unlawful, treasonous, etc.

I wish they'd just crawl back under their rocks and leave the sane among us alone.
