My department admin at my old job got me a Red Swingline (just like Miltons!) for this past Christmas! When I get another job (soon!) it will have a prominent place on my desktop.

When I worked as a lower level manager at CIGNA Healthcare last year, it was just like that. If I made a mistake on a daily report, I received two visits and a minimum of 4-6 emails explaining it in detail. God, I'm glad I'm not there anymore!
