As the parent of two toddlers, I have become quite the aficionado of recent Disney cartoons. And as such, I would like to gauge the likes of the lounge:

21. we had the book and tape when i was little
my mom and i would sit on the floor and just cry and cry at the end. it's one of the first disney movies i remember

26. That's one of my 7-year-old daughter's favorites.
She calls it one of her "cozy" movies - movies that comfort her when she's winding down for sleep (other "cozy" movies include the original versions of The Parent Trap and Yours, Mine And Ours).

hands down. I can see my special girl and I laying on the floor, tape recorder and book at hand. We/I read as the tape described...I wound up sobbing. A very special memory from Eastdale Drive.

32. Gotta go with Cars
MorningGlow Jr. has watched it about 1,001 times--and of course Mr. MorningGlow and I have ended up memorizing the movie along the way. It's cute and clever and has a lot of in-jokes, and it also has heart. (Hey, man, it makes a "Freebird" joke and all!) We're glad this is his favorite movie at the moment--we couldn't imagine having to watch crap kids' movies this frequently. We haven't gotten tired of Cars yet! (And yesterday I bought Jr. a couple of Cars toys...and I bought Fillmore and Lizzie for myself. But the kid bogarted them later. :( )
