Periodic stiffness of joints and a burning sensation - arthritis, right?
(I've seen the specialist, but want to get another viewpoint. My GP has said a few things I find suspect too.)

6. If Your Joints Are Too Stiff
then you may be rolling them too tight

and the burning sensation, I'd recommend a roachclip
