I have a bruise in the shape of the number 666 on my thigh - is this a sign?

I also have an upside down pentacle and a goat's-head. Together the three of them form a triangle on my leg. I think I got them this morning. I was walking to work and this dude with red skin (must have had a really bad sunburn), carrying a pitchfork (I figure he was a farmer) and wearing some kind of horned helmet practically ran me over in this 4-wheeler thing that spewed absolutely noxious fumes into the air. I managed to jump out of the way, but he got my leg.

So what kind of sign is this on my thigh?
