CNN-Celebrity News Network
I count over a dozen satellite trucks at the Michael Jackson arraignment.
I think the "reporters" (and I use the word loosely) outnumber the groupies.
CNN's guy is talking about the "carnival atmosphere, the circus here" like HE'S NOT ONE OF THE IDIOTS WITH THE BIG RED NOSE AND THE FLOPPY SHOES.
Just...just...TELL me these people don't vote.
:grr:

2. Yes, now back to Frank in Boston.
Frank? I bet you're really freezing your ass off up there, right?

That's right, Nora. I'm really freezing my ass off. Can you get the camera on it? See? It's almost gone.

It looks really really cold up there Frank.

You said it, Nora. It's really really cold up here, but we're having a heat wave this afternoon. It's getting all the way up to 6 degrees, ha ha.

Wow, we better make sure you get some iced tea or something cool to drink, right? Ha ha. Can't have you passing out from heatstroke.
Just a minute, Frank. What? Oh. Sorry Frank, we have to cut back to Santa Maria California. I think that's Michael Jackson's dog shampooer's sister-in-law getting out of the limosine...

3. Who cares about this plastic crazyman?
What do they talk about in politics? Clothes, money and polls, and why someone's wife isn't around. Oh and hair, don't forget the hair.

Our sensationalist media BUH-LOWWWWWSSSS

4. I have been carping about this for what seems like forever...
and yet, these morans believe that the country actually cares about what Whacko-Jacko is up to. You can add, Laci Peterson, Martha Stewart, and a whole fist full of other non-essential stories.

In the mean time, anything that is real news, gets shoved under the carpet.

I fully expect to hear one day: "We interupt the coverage of MJ to inform you that the, (-----insert nation/terrorist grp-----), has launched nuclear missles at 7 major US cities. Now, back to our regular coverage of MJ".

The state of the media is pathetic, and will remain so until the current owners are long dead.

:grr: :nuke:
