5. I'm experiencing stress...but happy stress

Prom is Saturday but we seem to have everything ready for the big night (I've canceled Mother's Day b/c the boys are coming back here to spend the night after the after-Prom party) :boring:

Graduation party is on the 26th with commencement on the 27th - 19 days away :wow:

It's all very exciting!!!

Wife gives birth next tuesday (gotta love the beauty of "planned birth")

All in all, I can't complain. Still gotta work in sleep somewhere, but other
than that, it's all good.

30. Hot, and not in a good way.

Heat wave in the Bay Area and I live in one of the hotter interior areas -- mid 90s every day since Sunday. Too early for that weather! I have too much gardening to do. Even in the late day it's a tad too warm for comfort. On the upside, the tomato and pepper plants are loving it and we eat dinner on the patio rather than in the house. Today's dinner will be chicken, potatoes, and aspargus -- all grilled. Can't stand the thought of cooking inside.
