1. I am thankful to be alive

And I am thankful for friends I have made here on this board.
A few here i owe a lot to.
And they mean the world to me

I'm immeasurably thankful for my husband each and every day.

I'm thankful for my happy little life.

I'm thankful for friends and family who love me for exactly who I am.

I'm thankful for all of the good people accomplish despite the evil that has overtaken our society.

I'm thankful for wonderful open-minded people on DU who care enough to be here.

3. Natural beauty

No matter how depressed I get about the state of things in general, I can never feel too bad knowing that there are places like this out there for me to explore

4. My family, My Job, My Boyfriend, My Puppy.....

I am thankful to have been born in America. I am thankful to have parents who love me. I am thankful to have finally found a job i love, not mention a job that finally pays the bills. I am thankful to have finally found someone who treats me with love and respect, who doesn't try to control me or intimidate me. I am thankful to have finally found a good man! I am thankful for my new puppy Scooter, he is a black and white Shih-Tzu who loves to run and jump and have his belly rubbed.

5. Parents, friends, job,

His royal fluffiness (my feline owner), cute nephews I can buy cool science toys for when they're older. I only have to have one job to pay mortgage, many need 2-3 to pay rent.

7. i've been thinking about this a lot lately

i am thankful for my family and friends and the love i get from them every day, that i have found someone to love who loves me back and treats me as an equal, for my little fur monsters, my health, and that i have a job in the field i have my degree in and that pays the bills

8. My nasty ex-employer is paying for a lot of medical tests for me this month.

9. There are so many many things I am grateful for.

I am grateful for having food, clothing, shelter, people to love, people who love me.

I am grateful for my two beautiful children, and grateful for the opportunity to love them and watch them grow as human beings.

I am grateful to simply be alive. Twenty years ago I was in the middle of treatment for cancer, and it was brutal, but through the brutality of it, I gained a keen appreciation for life.

I am grateful for creature comforts and warm weather.
