I had lunch at Olive Garden today - you cannot shame me whatsoever

It's not on my list of favorites, but they ran a limited time special on one dish I had there a year or so ago, and it was TO DIE FOR!

But given a choice, I prefer Macaroni Grill.

With the salmon I get a pasta that looks like rice, but I can't think of the name of it right now. I have it written down somewhere because I want to make it at home.

That's the only place I have ever had calamari, and I like that too. Their bruschetta is also very good! Another great treat there is the little loaf of bread to break off in chunks by hand and dip in olive oil and pepper. Oh yum!

We have a salesman in Italy that comes to the states about 3 times a year. He LIKES the OG and he LIKES the Macaroni Grill. I will ask him the next time I see him about the og....lol

I have traveled all over and food is food. Western tastes have influenced most all of Europe now..
