When I first made/heard of it for my old Deli job, I thought it was awfully weird...

Bread---Two slices

Cream Cheesse-put on one slice of bread

Jelly(strawberry/grape/whatever)-put on other slice of bread.

Turkey(as much as you want basically)

and whammo...a sandwich, which my boss called "The Big Bird"....
