That someday you may have to pick her nursing home, no that's too cruel. Inform her that due to the budget cuts to health care, there may not be any nursing homes left when she will need one.

The costs associated with elder nursing care are staggering, if you are not extremely wealthly, then like most people you will end up living in squalor.

And because of Bush this will get worse.
