can anyone recommend a good cooper?
i've recently entered into an arrangement with messrs. brill and talmadge to be the sole agent for their "solvalene" ointment here in the western region.

problem is, they manufacture entirely too much product for my meager draught horses and beggarly collection of barrels and leather pouches.

i really need the services of a good cooper. please forward via post your recommendations.

8. Ah, prithee, 'tis too bad. I just threw all my firkins at my ostiaries and my gong farmer
for goofing off with the cottars again.

Needless to say, the firkins all ended up smashed up and unusable, else I would have given them to you.
