I started getting into Gregorian music a couple years back, and my library of classic chants has slowly grown. There also exists some amazing fusion stuff- Enigma has some incredible Gregorian/New Age stuff, for example.

But just today I found a new (2006) release by a German group. They do Gregorian covers of classic rock greats. I've just listened to Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb, Queensryche's Silent Lucidity, ELP's Lucky Man, and next up will be Metallica's The Unforgiven.
