Young. Dumb. And I did what they told me to do. Illegal as shit, it was. Laos? OK. 'Bodia? OK. A-Shau? OK. Mu Gia, Ban Kari? OK! North 'Nam ..OK! Sight-seeing over Dien Bien Phu? Sign me up.

1. One of my most important moments
was my first solo, but I can't find the picture my instructor took after I managed to survive that experience. Anyhow, a picture of a dorky-looking girl standing by a Cessna 152 just can't compete with your pic...
