I just recently re-bought Sad Wings of Destiny, on Vinyl LP of course...

I saw Priest with The Scorpions about, oh lets just say, a few years ago. Great show.

Don't listen to them much anymore.

Very good friend of mine loves that Sad Wings album, I really have never "heard" it.

My fave Priest albums are Screamin for Vengence and Defenders of the Faith. Man, damned excellent mucic. Still speaks to me.


I saw parts of Rock Star on tv, just couldn't get into it for some reason.

Did you happen to see Halford on the MTV music awards last year? (I watched soley to see him, then turned away from mtv for good, I do believe). He sang, and then introduced Sum 41. The guy has still got that excellet, excellent made for metal voice.

You're not gonna believe this, and I'm a little ashamed to admit it, but I don't have computer speakers. Its actually far worse than that - this computer is really old, and very, very quirky. (I only have 16 megs of ram, for chrissakes, and 133mhz - its pretty bad and getting worse. I've never had the perverse pleasure of watching a computer fall apart before).

Anyway, 'preciate the link, I'll check it in a few when I visit my pal with a real machine.

(At least as far as I know.) I find that amusing, bccause so many people have a low opinion of metal fans, and would think of them as Neanderthals who couldn't handle such a thing.

on edit: Don't feel that alone, aquaman. Eemember Alex Sanders got fourty-something percent of the vote against lyin lindsay graham last year. That's fourty something percent. We may me a minority (tho I'm not convinced of that), but we are a large one.

I have lived in SC for about 26 of my 31 years so I guess I am a native. I was actually born in Liberia, no shit, both my parents are from SC and when civil war broke out we came back to the states. It's sad, as a white fellow, when I tell people that I was born in Africa they automatically assume I was born in South Africa.
