15. OMG....you have a porch too!!!
Nice up and down windows instead of icky slide back and forth ones. I love Victorians. We have some where I live only they get sectioned off into small aparments or a business takes over them for offices. Hope you get it. Let us know. Lucky duck! (No, not luck...hard work!)

16. I am going to have a commute along some serious
country roads to get to work and such, but this house makes it all worth it.

Doesn't that porch just scream for you to sit on it?

19. Yep, get your rockers and mint julips! I'm coming over!
Sigh, I live in Calyforny so don't think I'll be heading that way. It will be worth it. So worth it. I live out in a country area and though it's somewhat of a long commute it isn't as long as I could go somewhere when I lived in Santa Monica. No traffic like there, just bad roads and ditches and dark at night. But to see the land flooded in moonlight and the stars, plus the cute little quails that run around, a fox, birds, vineyards and river...well, it's peaceful.

him to NY from Napa. He is very COLD. I have to work extra hard on warming him up. ;-)

6. Mal's Parade?
We may drive up for that. Haven't decided yet.

I need to come up to hit Bass Pro Shop. I've accumulated a lot of points, and I need to spend them.

12. I'm planning on going out to the local Irish bar
and having a few scoops myself.

Mr. Wonderful will probably get up early to go and watch the All-Ireland Club Hurling and Football finals live from Croke Park. I'm hoping to have the corned beef, cabbage, spuds, etc done by 3:00 pm and then head out. We're leaving the car at home though. Getting a taxi is much cheaper than a DUI...

13. Hanging out with an Irish friend and her two Irish kids.
St Paddy's day has always been her favorite holiday. She has MS and can't party anymore so I'm just going to hang out with her and the boys at her place.

I used to babysit for the boys (Seamus and Liam) for many years. They're awesome kids. I've taught them to play Magic: The Gathering. I've got a few thousand cards from back when I used to play, and I hadn't used them in years, so now it's their turn to get addicted. :)

It's going to be a green deck marathon!

We'll almost definitely have Monty Python, Black Adder and other comedy classics playing in the background all day.

It'll be very silly and a lot of fun. :)

20. I'm going to early Mass for Padraig's Day....
yeah, right. I haven't been to Mass since Kentucky Derby Day last year when my nephew had his first Communion.

Probably some Corned Beef and Cabbage at my parent's house and a few Harp lagers later. Maybe listen to some Ron Kavana CD's.

25. XVII Pagan Faire and St. Paddy's Pirate's Day
And in between, an Ostara ritual. St. Patrick may have driven the pagans out of Ireland, but we've pagans a-plenty in the Pacific Northwest.
