1. Shit, tell that to the 6 inches of snow and ice we still have on the ground

However it is supposed to warm up in the coming week. I still foresee one more winter blast coming from mother nature, though. A March storm that will sucker punch us just when we think we are in the clear.

3. According to the 10:00 pm news last night , it's supposed to hit 45

degrees here in Chicago on Thursday and rain on Friday. Bye-bye to the snow for now.

All in all it hasn't been that bad. Two weeks of cold weather during a Chicago winter, that's nothing. I remember winters a lot worse than this one, ie., 1976-1977, 1977-1978, 1978-1979. Those were doozies...

We have temps in the single digits and it feels like -12 with the wind!

Although we are supposed to have temps in the 40's tomorrow and all week!

What a nice change and all that ice should be melting! yea!!!!!
