Small businesses - who ships with UPS?

Not sure where this should go - the small business group doesn't seem to get much activity, and it's not really a GD issue.

In any case, I'd like to know if there are many small businesses here who ship via UPS. I've been shipping by UPS for several years and generally like the service, price, etc. However, I have begun to have some problems with their billing services, and I'm wondeering if others have had the same problems. There is an anti-UPS site on the web, but these are more along the lines of serious whiners, and I don't think raising this issue there would be productive. Hell, it may not be productive here, but I thought I'd ask. If there is a positive response, I'll raise the specific concern.
