What are symptoms of bronchitis?
And right now, the coughing is cool, but I hope it subsides...

Off to buy a humidifier, I think...

1. If the cough is a totally deep, hollow cough
that's bronchitis.

2. I said 'bronchitis', not 'gonorrhea' ...

Still, yeah, I will see the doc if needed. But nothing to be worried about right now...

3. If it's bronchitis you should go to the doctor before it turns into the Big P
If every time you cough you go "Holy shit that sounded DEEP" then it's bronchitis.

4. I'm in the middle right now of bronchitis, maybe pneumonia.
Had cold since early Jan. Self medicated, decongestants, robitussin, etc. Had very deep raspy cough, coughing up mucus. It seemed to go away. Then after about a week, came back with a vengeance, which landed me in the ER on superbowl Sunday morning. Gave me breathing therapy, because I couldn't breath. Said I had asthmatic bronchitis because I was wheezing along with coughing up huge amounts of mucus. Put me on antibiotics and an inhaler. Went to my own doctor, who thinks i may have a touch of pneumonia. Ordered x-rays and cat scan...had cat Scan yesterday..go back to Dr tomorrow to find out the results.

5. Humid is good.
Is the cough worse at night?

Do you cough ALL the time and not bring up anything?

Is it a rattly cough or is it one that is just a cough that doesn't sound or feel like it is productive?

If you THINK you have bronchitis, you probably do. Go to a Doc and tell them you want Codeine for the cough. That is the ONLY thing I've ever had that works on a cough.

Feel better soon!
