2. I like the song
I didn't really like it until I saw the video. When I saw that, it won me over, because it is so incredibly sad. I think most of us can relate to what he is talking about if you watch the video. Up until then I never gave it much thought at all. I think that many nominations might be a bit of overkill though.

3. The absolutely only song I'm familiar with is You're Beautiful
Which was just okay the first 1200 times and quickly reached the point of Please Drive a Spike Into My Ears.

5. And the Grammys became relevant when?
It looks like this D-bag went to the Pete Yorn School for Singer-Songwriter Male Modeling.

Homer:	Everyone gets an award but me.
Marge:	I can't help it if I donated the most blood. Ohh, but
I'm
	feeling kind of woozy.
Homer:	Oh, why won't anyone give me an award?
Lisa:	You won a Grammy.
Homer:	I mean an award that's worth winning.
["award show"-style music plays while a disclaimer
scrolls
by on the screen, reading, "LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Mr.
Simpson's opinions does not reflect those of the
producers, who don't consider the Grammy an award at
	all."]

any wins for him. Here's how I see 10 awards:

1. New Artist:

Should win - Corinne Bailey Rae
Will win - Corinne Bailey Rae

2. Alternative album:

Should win - Gnarls Barkley (Yeah Yeah Yeahs album is more my style, but the Gnarls album is better in its genre)

Will win - Gnarls Barkley (Arctic Monkeys is very possible since Gnarls will win other awards)

3. Pop duo/group:

Will win - Death Cab For Cutie
Should win - The Fray (at least comparing recent albums)

4. Rap/sung collaboration:

Will win - Beyonce & Jay-Z
Should win - Beyonce & Jay-Z

5. Country album:

Will win - Dixie Chicks
Should win - Dixie Chicks

6. Rock album:

Will win - Neil Young
Should win - Neil Young

7. Producer:

Will win - Rick Rubin
Should win - Rick Rubin

8. Song:

Will win - Not Ready To Make Nice (Dixie Chicks)
Should win - Not Ready To Make Nice (Dixie Chicks)

9. Record:

Will win - Gnarls Barkley
Should win - Dixie Chicks

10. Album:

Will win - Gnarls Barkley
Should win - Dixie Chicks

Of course, the Grammys are hard to predict, but it's fun to try.
