Where can I bet on the Bears online?
Condi says the opposition is going to win. We have all had so many bad experiences with the Bush Administration. They are always wrong.

Note: I am not kidding. I've got $50 that says Condi is wrong again.

1. She was right last year. She predicted the Steelers would win.
Kinda took the fun out of being a life long Steelers fan.

As a grad of the University of Tennessee - I have to root for Peyton. It's a law.

4. Lovey is from my part of Texas,
the place where I grew up.

I think enough of those folks to put my money up.

5. Do you think Peyton has his "choke" factor out of his system?
I love Peyton. He's a great role model for my son - who discovered him quite on his own. Peyton was through playing at the Univ. of TN by the time my son was even born, so it wasn't my influence (I'm a huge college football fan. I don't keep up with the pros as much).

But, that said, I also know Peyton has a tendancy to choke. I witnessed it when he played at UT. He couldn't beat Florida, for example.

In any case, GO COLTS!!

10. After last week...
Yup...I sure do think he has the 'choke' factor under control.

He stared down a devastating loss by half-time, kept his cool and came to OWN the largest comeback in NFL playoff history.

My only fear is the constant problem of any group of young men at the height of their skill, talent and fitness playing a game adorned by hundreds of millions, who have to sit around for two weeks getting cold, bored and distracted.

But yes, I think it's his year finally...

9. World Sports Exchange
Some online gambling sites have stopped accepting bets from U.S. customers, based on their interpretation of the midnight bill that Kyl and Frist smuggled through just before adjournment (as part of the ). Other sites, however, will still accommodate you. I think that is in the latter category.

For those not planning to bet on the game, but curious about the gamblers' perspective, the Colts are currently favored by 6.5 points. The money line is -230/+190, which means that the Colts are considered approximately two-to-one favorites to win the game (disregarding the point spread).

On the wild offchance that some DUers care more about politics than sports: The site's odds make the 2008 Democratic favorites Clinton-Obama-Edwards-Gore-Richardson, in that order, with the Republican lineup being McCain-Giuliani-Romney-Gingrich-Hagel. (Condi herself is in a seven-way tie for ninth place.) Betting on the general election is by party only, with the generic Democratic nominee slightly favored over the generic Republican.
