Here are the two finalists:



Barney Bush - Barney is "well-connected" to people in high places. His master shall remain nameless. Barney is an advocate of anti-cat legislation and has lobbied for the "All Cats Left Behind" bill which recently failed. Barney's latest film failed miserably as he spent most of the time running around a white house smelling butts. In addition, the NSOCD (National Society of Cool Dogs) was recently snubbed by Barney as he was expected to appear. However because of a minor detail in his appearance contract (he wanted medium sized milkbones instead of the provided small, multicolored ones), he snubbed the organization. Barney doesn't like doggie parks because of all the "cooties". In addition, Barney's collar always smells of cheap whiskey.



Haley Roux Polanco - Haley is "well-connected" will progressive and liberal individuals. Her human is a progressive, good-looking guy himself. Haley successfully lobbied to abolish anti-kitty laws and lead the charge to demolish the "All Cats Left Behind" legislation. She is an advocate for doggie-kitty cohabitation legislation. Haley's recent documentary "Inconvenient Woof" about global warming has won many accolades and awards including the coveted "Best in Show" at the recent Westminster Film Festival. Haley is president of the NSOCD. She also works with homeless puppies and kitties. She has worked tiredlessly to promote doggie parks. Haley's collar always smells like flowers as she believes is good hygiene.

But she does have a blue one (and burnt orange for her Texas Longhorns football games and one harley davidson w/ flames). She can be fashionable for just about any occasions.
