Made a delish bread stuffing and will have it with mashed potatoes (Dan Quayle spelling) and baby carrots. Gravy mmmmm. I don't normally go to such lengths on a week night, but I've been craving this for quite some time.

51. We ate a recipe that I invented........
I take a chopped onion...

Stir fry.......

Add some chopped up zuccini, and a baked potato, also chopped....

Saute for a while, till the raw vegs are done......

Then I add in the left-over leg of lamb, also chopped......

Heat, covered, until all is hot and ready to eat!

For seasonings, I use freshly ground pepper, some garlic, and some basil!

It is very good!
